Logitech launched two mechanical gaming keyboards lineup under their G branding, with the G610 Orion Brown and G610 Orion Red. Both keyboards feature Cherry MX mechanical switches. The Cherry MX Red switch has a 45g actuation force and a linear travel, making it the fastest switches in the Cherry MX lineup.

This G610 keyboards also feature customizable backlighting, and when the light is a monochrome white, brightness levels can be adjusted on a per-key basis. The key lighting is controlled through the Logitech Gaming Software, and allows synchronization of the lighting with other Logitech G products. Another features of the keyboards are a fingerprint-masking matte texture.

The G610 Orion comes in two variants: Brown and Red. They are named with respect to the color of the Cherry MX switch that comes installed on each. You can adjust the LED’s brightness levels and also change its pattern between star, wave, and keystrokes.

The Logitech G610 Orion feature dedicated media controls which is used to play, pause and mute music and videos instantly, so you can control your background track without switching of your game.

Logitech Keyboard

The G610 Orion features 106-key anti-ghosting which protects against incorrect or missing key signals when more than one key is pressed. A fully-featured macro manager lets users bind custom macros to the function keys. The keyboard itself is 153 mm x 443.5 mm x 34.3 mm and weighs 1.2 Kg.

The Logitech G610 Orion keyboards will be available this month in the US and Europe, with a MSRP of $119.
