Asus launched Asus ZenBook 3 at Computex 2016 last year, and now today the company has unveiled the refreshed version of ultra-thin laptop – Asus ZenBook 3 Deluxe. The laptop comes with a couple of highlights and basically improves specs of its predecessor.
Asus ZenBook 3 Deluxe Features
The laptop features a 14 inch ultra-thin display fitted inside a 13-inch chassis and it has elegantly thin 12.9 mm profile and weighs only 2.42 lbs (1.1 kilograms). The display has Full HD 1080 pixel resolution and protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5, which won’t crack easily if the laptop falls.
The device is powered by seventh generation Intel Core i7-7500U Kaby Lake processor coupled with 16GB of RAM plus 1TB PCle SSD. Asus added more ports, instead of a solo USB Type-C port, the ZenBook 3 Deluxe has three ports, two of which support Thunderbolt 3 via USB Type-C ports and one is USB Type-C 3.1 port.
The keyboard packs in more travel than its predecessor and the battery is expected to last for up to 10 hours. The glass precision trackpad is also present here, along with an integrated fingerprint reader that is placed on the top right corner. The other features included Quad core Harman Kardon audio, window Hello compatible and 178-degree viewing angles.
